Tomato sauce with Morninga

 

500 gr fresh tomatoes or 1 can of tomatoes

coconut oil

2 cloves of garlic

1 onion

ginger

1 teaspoon honey

Salt and pepper

Chili, paprika

Basil and other herbs of your choice

Fresh tomatoes and blanch briefly about Peel.
